We love Cheryl and Sean's nautical themes! The bride and groom wanted a casual, fun and classy wedding so their inspiration stemmed from some of the gorgeous details Cape Cod has to offer. "We chose Ocean Edge as our venue because we were captivated by the grounds and mansion. I love the beach so I had my bridesmaids' bouquets made out of coral shells!" says Cheryl. Additions like Lilacs Floral Designs, rope and wicker in the table arrangements, sandals in the formal wear of the bridal party, and driftwood designs at the reception make this a seriously awe-inspiring wedding.
Cheryl and Sean's favorite part of the day was their mini photo shoot with Lauren Methia Photography! "It gave us a chance to spend some time together with our daughter. She looked like a princess in her tutu tulle gown," says the couple.
Cheryl's tips for soon-to-be-brides:
1.We thought of our wedding as a big party that we were hosting. Our main goal was for our guests and ourselves to have a good time.
2. If you have the budget, invest in a great band. Ours was amazing and we couldn’t get our guests off of the dance floor! The band made sure that everyone had fun.
3. Do the best you can organizing and planning all of the details beforehand. When the day arrives go with the flow. I knew that there would be glitches and I was okay with that.
