The Casual Gourmet
More than 20 years after she opened The Casual Gourmet in a tiny storefront gourmet shop, Olive Chase is known across Cape Cod as "the caterer" to call for every special occasion, be it a casual afternoon cocktail party or a nighttime gala fundraiser. Her real specialty, though, is helping brides create fabulous weddings that fit every taste and budget.
"I derive great personal satisfaction from successfully helping people celebrate the big moments in their lives," Olive says. "I am fortunate to live and work in one of the most beautiful and famous resort areas in the country, and a wedding destination for people from all over the country."
The Casual Gourmet caters weddings of all sizes and types, and Olive will coordinate all aspects of event planning and design, from helping clients find the perfect site, to designing a custom menu, to the planning and execution of every last detail.
Olive Chase & the Casual Gourmet are proud recipients of the International Caterer's Association 2007 CATIE award in the Signature Caterer Best Wedding category.
