Jodi's Cakes
From classical elegance to works of whimsy, Pastry chef Jodi Levesque will create a cake from which memories are made. Formally trained at Johnson and Wales University, Jodi has been creating wedding cakes for the past 15 years on Nantucket Island. Every cake is baked from scratch with only the freshest ingredients. With each cake I remind myself what an honor it is to be asked to take part in what is such a special day for so many people.
